You must register to take part in the Clubs First process.
Once registered you can log in to your account to start a new survey, view completed assessments for your club or update your club details.
The assessment takes the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire. Each section begins with a general statement describing what a great club might look like. Each question has it’s own guidance note and you can store a note or comment for every question. You do not have to answer the sections or questions in order.
Once you have ticked an answer for every question you will be given the option to “Finish” the survey process.
Clicking the “set survey as complete” button will finalise the survey and store it for future reference by your club (once set as complete your answers cannot be changed - you can, however, start another new survey at any time and store the results to compare your club’s development over time).
You will then be able to access a report which is tailored to your responses and provides advice, information and links to further support resources.
Your responses to the questions and the report it generates is confidential to your club and for your own development purposes.
